Momo a 5 star restaurant in this small coastal town in the ruta spodylus of Olon Ecuador. I have been going to this restaurant since they opened a few years ago first in a little rustic corner of town and now also at there new location a lot bigger and now includes a Deli and wine store, where they sale great products. I have probably gone more than a dozen times to this restaurant and I have tried most of the menu and I am still surprised every time with how good the food is. The food is creative, fresh and simply delicious!! I have eaten all over world and at some Michelin star restaurants and this chef and owner Johan Gustafson can compete with any of these restaurants. So if you have not had the chance to taste his food I highly suggest you stop in when you are near this part of world you will be pleasantly surprised with the expectacular food and some pretty fantastic cocktails.
Momo es un restaurante de 5 estrellas en este pequeño pueblo costero en la ruta Spodylus de Olón Ecuador. He estado yendo a este restaurante desde que abrieron hace unos años, primero en un pequeño local esquinero un poco rústico y ahora también en una nueva ubicación en centro del pueblo de Olon mucho más grande que ahora incluye una tienda delicatessen y de vinos, donde venden excelentes productos. Probablemente he ido más de una docena de veces a este restaurante y he probado la mayor parte del menú y todavía me sorprende cada vez con lo buena que es la comida. ¡La comida es creativa, fresca y simplemente deliciosa! He comido en todo el mundo y en algunos restaurantes con estrellas Michelin y este chef y propietario, Johan Gustafson, puede competir con cualquiera de estos chefs de estos restaurantes. Entonces, si no ha tenido la oportunidad de probar su comida, le sugiero que se detenga cuando esté cerca de esta parte del mundo, se sorprenderá gratamente con la comida espectacular y algunos cócteles bastante fantásticos también!
